Is labor near?

Since last night I have had pretty consistent cramps. I wouldn’t consider them painful but they’re definitely period like intense cramping. I also have intense back pain that radiates to the front of my stomach. I have gone number 2 nearly 10 times since last night, I’m assuming due to cramping and almost every time I wipe there is mucus discharge like my mucus plug. I have lost pieces since 34 weeks but now it’s jelly like discharge and it’s yellow tint. I am currently 37 weeks and 4 days. For the past 2 weeks I have been 1ccm and 50% effaced but I haven’t been checked in almost a week.
