So I got my mirena iud on may 14. I had unprotected sex that same day and just a hand full of times again after that. My first period lasted 2 and 1/2 weeks. Then this month I got my period 2 weeks early and I haven’t stopped bleeding. I noticed the day before I started bleeding I was in bed with really strange cramps. I have NEVER gotten cramps before!! Then the next morning the flood gates opened. I’m worried maybe I miscarried since one of coworkers had a very similar situation a month ago. Could I just be over analyzing this or is this a legitimate concern. I have also considered the fact that maybe my iud moved causing the pain... help me figure this out.

By the way this is my third IUD, never had any issues before with my Mirena. This is the first time this happens to me and I’m kinda scared.
