Yoga journey!
The top picture is from 1/3/18 and the bottom two are from 7/11/18. The top picture was a few weeks into my yoga journey (and 7 months pregnant). My form is awful but feel like I’ve come quite a long way! I practice 5-7 days a week and totally seeing the difference in my stamina/tone/flexibility/mindfulness. 🤸♀️🧘♀️ let the journey continue!
