Should I have to pay for birth control?

My mom is forcing me to take birth control and I’m not having sex so I don’t see the point. I get that she wants to be safe so I didn’t complain but she just informed me that I was going to have to pay for it. I personally don’t think that’s fair considering I didn’t even want it in the first place and it’s not going to be useful in any way since I’m not doing anything. You’re opinion is appreciated

Birth control can cause a lot of damage to your body and you don’t even want it and on top of that you gotta pay to deal with the side effects, etc.

You need to get your dad and your doctor involved.  She can not force you to take that medicine.

Your parents insurance should cover it. And if it does, you can pop one pill out a day and flush it down the toilet. If you aren't having sex, and your periods aren't an issue, you have no need to take it. It is a hassle, and some women have lots of side effects on BC
