Please help!!!! Don't Scroll past😷

I need y'all help. I've been so sick for the past 3 days since my period started. I have cramps so bad. They r everywhere on my body and hurt so much. from my neck all the way to my toes. I have a terrible crippling migraine and can't even work. My temperature is very high. I'm getting sweaty and smelly and I never smell. I have been so nauseous I cannot even keep down water. It's been like this every time my period comes since January. I've been getting periods for 4 years and only this year has symptoms like this occured. Please forgive my typing, I'm so sick. Can anyone help me find out what this is? Please please. And thank you. (I also don't have insurance or money to see a doctor)
