Laparoscopy done in hope

So i got laparoscopy done on Friday, ended up with four stitches am in my late 30’s had two early miscarriage before , have been trying for over 5 years, met a private Gynaecologist was told have endomyosis which could result in endometriosis, hope this is the last huddle to a healthy pregnancy

Need baby dust and suggestions if anyone had been through this and had success
