It’s really important to me to keep baby names a secret. I know some people share the first and middle name before baby arrives - more power to you, it’s your baby. I refuse to share the name until baby is born, not even with my close family/friends. For me, I want to announce the name with the birth of the baby.

So far, I’ve avoided sharing the few names we’ve narrowed it down to - because I just say we haven’t thought about it since we don’t know the gender yet.

I’m not looking forward to trying to pretend we haven’t picked a name - or telling well-meaning aunts that it’s a secret until baby comes...
