Pregnancy symptoms?!?

Is it normal for some of your pregnancy symptoms to vanish, in a sense, early on in pregnancy? I have no cramping pain bleeding or anything out the norm. I’m only 5 weeks and 2 days. Just curious. My breasts, as of today, aren’t as painful as they’ve been.
