I had sex back in the beginning of May. I've been bleeding my regular periods on birth control, but I thought maybe I was pregnant. I missed a pill in April but doubled up. We use withdrawal mainly and occasionally condoms. (Don't worry been STD tested and everything is clear)

I got a blood test last week that showed my HCG levels were 1. SO has been on a business trip for almost two months so no sex.

Would this mean I'm not pregnant? Probably gonna get the implant
