There’s an article I read about a woman who was drinking glasses of wine & testing them to see how much alcohol was going into her breast milk. Long story short, she got all the way up to 6 glasses of wine & the percentage of alcohol in her milk was less than like if you did a shot of light beer. I wish I remembered where I read it & saved it. 
But anyways to answer, you don’t need to pump & dump unless your like wasted lol. If you’re sober enough to parent you’re sober enough to feed!

There are lots of mixed messages on this. You will find some places saying if you’re good to drive, then you’re good to nurse. However the official AAP stance on this is to wait two hours after a drink. 
Honestly, just nurse before you have a drink and then you should be fine and ready to nurse next time baby is ready. 
Also, there is never a need to pump and dump unless it’s to relieve engorgement. Pumping and dumping does not get alcohol out of your system. If you have alcohol in your system, you will just make more milk with alcohol in it.

Doctor told me that a glass of wine it fine with breastfeeding. No need to wait or dump unless your having more then that
