Night terrors??

Question

My little guy keeps waking every night a few hours after falling asleep screaming crying. 
He’s not fully awake but will go right back to sleep. Has anyone else experienced this ? Anything I can do to help him ?

My son does this i just stroke his little head for a few minutes softly wisper mummy is here and he goes straight back to sleep. Sometimes he will hold my hand for 5 minutes when hes really bad. I do make sure he has no trigger foods such as cheese after 3pm. Maybe check what your feeding him for dinner and omit anything known to cause night terrors such as cheese , any sugery foods and i dont give my boy diluted juice after 4pm its water only and his night time bottle of milk. Hope he settles soon and what a super cute pic one to treasure. God bless you all best wishes

When my son gets night terrors I just pick him up and cuddle him till he calms down and is in a deep sleep again and put him back in his bed.
