My obgyn refuses to put me on certain meds so I have to take matters into my own hands. They want me to pay 400$ for a consultation at a infertility specialist when they know they won’t even touch me until Iv been TTC for a year with no luck. So I’m taking all sorts of vitamins and supplements. Sooo I take 1 prenatal. 1 D3. 1 GERD pill, 1 anxiety pill (which is obviously just for different reasons). 5 soy isoflavones. (Cd 4-8). 1 evening primrose oil (14ish days out of the month). Pregnitude on occasion. then last but not least old wise tale Gertiol.

Hell no! Supplements aren’t regulated by the FDA and the ingredients list can be totally inaccurate or incorrect. My doctor recommended folic acid or a prenatal sling with metformin and clomid for pcos. We conceived in 3 months after 2 years of trying without meds. 
Some Supplements are linked to liver damage. Please speak to your doctor before loading your body up with all this unnecessary crap.

i only take 1 metformin 2 femara and 1 folic acid lol
