Second trimester headaches starting early :(

Anyone have any natural remedies or suggestions for headaches aside from medication? I’m 11 weeks and 2 days and these headaches are kicking my butt. I have Tylenol on standby but really wanted to avoid meds as much as possible. Any suggestions are appreciated!
