Fish smell and itchy??

My vagina area has had a kind of smell and itch lately but I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary, still showering regularly and not having sex unprotected but I did have my period last week and now this happens so I don’t really know how I could’ve gotten anything

It sounds like you have a yeast infection. Very very common and no they are not caused by not washing your hands having sex or using a public toilet. We all have bacteria living in our vaginas both good and bad. A yeast infection is cause by a few things. Pregnancy, weakened immune system, diabetes, poor diet, diet high in sugar (bacteria feeds off of sugar), lack of sleep and stress. With a few other things like medication. 75% of females will get a yeast infection in their life time, you can pick up some medication from your local pharmacy. Some doctors like to do a swab sometimes just to make sure nothing more is going on. Do not use soaps down there, try not to wear tight cloths and try and wear cotton undies.

sounds like a bacterial infection. you can get those for not washing your hands good enough and simple stuff like that.
I think I got a vaginal tube with some white stuff that fixed it. years ago. 
but generally = bad smell, booboo is not fine.
