In today’s episode of “this is why I can’t have nice things”: CBD can apparently make birth control less effective. It can also make your periods irregular and even increase your fertility.

I’m here trying to avoid little sticky spawn but also make my horrible cramps better without drowning myself in Advil. I guess the fiancé and I are going to have to revisit the idea of a vasectomy because CBD has been great for my cramps so far.
