Can’t say no

I have this constant need to please everybody. For the most part it’s okay, but when alcohol and guys are involved it is extremely hard for me to say no to sex. I want them to like me and I want to make them happy. So it’s almost physically impossible for me to reject them. I’m 25 years old and my number just got to 30. Idk how to stop.
