Sex every other day, more sperm

I followed the sperm meets egg plan that said to BD every other day then BD three days in a row of positive OPK. When we do it every other day there is lot more sperm. After 4 of 5 days in a row there is not a lot of sperm coming out.. would it be best to do it every other day even on positive OPK days.. I just dont want to miss our chance
