Hopeful to breastfeed baby #3
So baby #1, I was young and dumb and didn’t bother trying to breastfeed. My second, I wanted to so had. I did for a month and half. I then got clogged duct and turned in mastitis which wouldn’t clear up. It was then MRSA. I was on antibiotics for about a month and had to see an infectious disease doctor. I had my breast cut an inch wide and inch deep and had to pack it each day to heal. Due to all this, I had to abruptly stop breastfeeding. I was depressed for a while about it. It killed me. Now, 5 years later, I will be having baby#3. Will I have issues breastfeeding on that side? It’s obviously healed but the way it was cut obviously cut the milk ducts somewhat. Any ideas?
