Pregnancy scare?

Bear with me, but this is kind of long. This might sound irrational, but I just need some reassurance. 4 months ago in March, I had non consensual, unprotected sex. I got the Mirena IUD inserted in February, just 1 month before the incessant. I also took plan B, about 24 hours after the incident. Yesterday, July 23, I started having intense nausea, stomach pains, and constipation. I did get a period after the incident but it was lighter than usual, the last two months I haven’t had a period at all, I attributed both of these things to the IUD. I also had my appendix removed at the end of June. My question is, could I be pregnant? Does it sound possible? Would they have caught this when I had surgery? I know it sounds crazy, but I’m just so paranoid after what happened, and I am TERRIFIED of pregnancy
