Okay, so. Since I was 15 I was on the pill for various reasons. I first started off on a pill called Ovysmen (which worked fine and has now been discontinued). Then I moved onto the implant which made me put on about 5 stone. THEN I moved onto Cerelle which was in all a good experience, no periods or anything. And then after university I moved home and went to my GP to get more pills as I had ran out and they said “oh we don’t carry Cerelle but here is this one that’s exactly the same” and they gave me Desogestrel (which is the main active ingredient in Cerelle) so I was like “okay I’ll try it since it’s exactly the same” and somehow I’m having a completely different experience with it. Has anyone had any bad experiences with Desogestrel?
