Childcare while working from home

After maternity leave, I'm transitioning from working in an office to working from home. I still need to get childcare though. For moms who WFH -- what kind of childcare do you have? In home nanny, daycare, other? If you have in home help, did you get lower rates since you're there too?

We don't have family nearby to help so will need to choose another option.
