Resume help - is it lying

My boyfriend is a property manager.

I help out a lot. I keep track of who pays rent and for what months, whose behind, make rental schedules, I organize business receipts for taxes, update building utilities (like add a building to trash route), filing (like organizing leases), and other stuff that is random.

I am looking for reception type work and get into the real estate industry. Would it be lying if I put on my resume that I’m a property manager assistant? Or is that not what I’m doing since I’m not getting paid?

I’ve done other stuff too. Like print out rent receipts and 3- day pay or quits that I haven’t been trained to do, he just lets me figure it out. I think it would give me an edge up so I could highlight that but I’m not sure if that would be fishy or whatever since I’m not technically trained. But I am getting my real estate license. Maybe I could put this down in education and say I’m interning? Idk help!
