Ive got these painful zits right in the opening on my vagina lips. They pop when squeezed but haven’t went away in a week. They hurt!! I’ve only been with my husband and he’s only been with me ..its not a std. anyone know what this is and how I can treat it/prevent it?

Edit** I have the worst gynecologist and in the process of finding a new one. Old one I went to about this when it happened awhile back but it was just one.. I felt awkward my vag all open and exposed and she asks if I sure I’ve only been with my husband 🙀 🤬😡 I say yes. And then she’s like if I test you for a std are you going to have one.. I’m like seriously 😐 i was std free and she offered no other explanation
