Planner for Anxiety?
I have anxiety and what I hate more than anything is not knowing what happens next because people with anxiety are often afraid of the unknown which is why a lot of us love routines and schedules because it reassures us what is going to happen next. I’ve seen people with planners and they look really cool and fun. Should I get a planner to help with my anxiety? Would it work? It might help me feel more organized and offer more structure for my days.
