a paraspinal cervical injection for migraines during pregnancy? I take lamotrigine daily for migraine prevention prescribed by my neurologist. It isn't helping today apparently. My Neuro recommended me getting ths injection and said its safe for pregnancy but I denied it last month. I am seriously debating on doing it, I am just scared of it somehow affecting baby. My ob said it is safe, but we didn't know the name of it at the time so he said he was pretty familiar with what they usually do
