Any good and fast ways to loose weight safely?

I am 18 weeks pregnant also 8 months postpartum. With my first child I was 120lbs by the time I gave birth I was 178lbs

I got back down to 140 and then I got pregnant again and started gaining my weight back. I am currently 146lbs somedays 150lbs. My daughter says I don’t need to be gaining to much right now since I’m only in the second trimester. I need help with ideas to safely exercise and not hurt myself or baby in the process.
