Help!! Sudden outbreak of pimples/spots!
I’ve always been blessed with good skin, apart from a rough stage during puberty. I rarely get pimples, maybe a few every month. My skin has always been relatively clear around my chest and shoulders, but a few days ago I noticed this crazy outbreak of whiteheads and red spots. I’ve been off the pill since April, and am open to conceiving. When I’ve been off the pill before a couple of years ago this hasn’t happened... ideas?
