So I found out I was pregnant on July 20 the day my period was supposed to come. The app putting me at 3w and 3d. I ate some peanut butter crackers and took my 22 month old for swimming. (It’s a mom and me so I was in the pool as well) as we were in the pool I got a sharp pain on the left side of my stomach and some back pain? It lasted for about an hour, I didn’t take anything for it. Any ideas what it could have been. Yesterday morning I woke up with like pinched nerve on the lower left side of my back. Not too sure what it could have been.
