What exactly is nausea?!

I haven’t thrown up yet but I keep gagging. Especially when I get in the car! Is this “morning sickness”? I’m 6w today

Yup! Anytime you feel sick. My nausea has subsided but I get car sick now and feel sick after I eat. This is still considered “morning sickness”.

Mines gets the worst when I get in the car, I hate it. now I feel like it gets worse day by day 🤢

Yup I got car sick super bad around 6 weeks just from driving a gold cart around.  I have thrown up maybe 3 times but dry heave occasionally or just feel icky and nauseous especially if I'm not eating enough.  But I can only eat small meals

Yep! Morning sickness isn’t just vomiting, it’s feeling nauseas or dry heaving also!
