is this CM??! (TMI)

so it is my first time ttc and i’ve just recently heard of CM. my first thought was “umm i’m pretty sure i don’t have that..” but i’m ovulating today according to the app and for the last few days i’ve noticed that when i *cough* go #2.. a whitish fluid comes out of my vagina. i’m thinking maybe this is the elusive CM and when i squeeze my muscles down there it kind of squeezes out?? what do y’all think? also with CM do you guys notice it on your underwear at the end of the day? is it obvious that it’s there?
