How accurate is glow??

Glow says I’m supposed to be ovulating right now, but I’ve got hardly and CM and it’s a mix between watery and lotiony. I know you have to track your bbt and stuff to truly know when you’re ovulating, but I was just wondering how useful glow can be in tracking ovulation? Is this cycle late/our if sync or is Glow often wrong for you girls too? 😊

The biggest thing is there is no way to predict how long your luteal phase is so they go off the average so if you’re not average(a lot of women aren’t) this app won’t be accurate for you if you’re not putting inputs in such as regularly charting bbt and cm or opks

Glow is usually pretty accurate for me. However, use it as a guide to understanding your own body rather than trusting it 100%.

Totally depends on how average your cycle is. I have a regular 28 day cycle. Had sex when Glow told me to, and got pregnant. It was right on for me.

How often do you log/ how long have you used the app?
   I’ve had it for a few years and logged and I have to say it’s pretty darn accurate!
  But remember it’s just an app- be sure to listen to your body and look for signs that way!

everyone’s cycle is different so i recollect ovulation test strips :)

The app is only as good as the data you feed it. If you’re not logging BBT and/or OPKs, then it’s only guessing.

It was off 4 days for me. Start taking OPK’s. That’s the only true way to pinpoint your ovulation

Glow is usually off by 3 days for me....always says I will ovulate 3 days later than I actually do.
