orgasm/sex after MC

Hey guys... I just had a miscarriage Friday and it was horrific my husband was by my side the whole time traumatized as ever and had to take me to the ER because I thought I was going to die from the pain. I went back to the doctor today and I have passed everything, however, I’m still cramping a good bit. She told me I can’t have sex for two weeks - which I’m fine with. I was wondering if you are allowed to have orgasms or not? Didn’t even think to ask that one and I don’t go back until Monday. After everything we have been through the last week I just really want to be close to my husband, but also don’t want to do anything that will cause more problems. Thanks.
