Best Time To Take BC?

Sooo I’m 16 and getting BC soon. When’s the best time of the day to take the pill? My problem is during week days I have school so I’m up at like 7 and during weekends I don’t get up till like 10. I also go to bed at different times so idk how I’m going to remember to take the pill without messing it up. Help??

Different times work best for different people. Base it off of your lifestyle. For me, the easiest time to remember was at night, around 10pm. Set an alarm to remind you and then you don’t have to worry about it since it only takes like two seconds to take one.

I started taking it at 15 when I was still in school too, so the easiest thing for me was taking it at 11 pm because that’s when I went to bed on school nights and I knew I’d be up later on weekends. Just pick a time and set an alarm on your phone
