Advice/help to a newbie! PLEASE!

So after some serious discussion with my s/o last night, we have decided to really start trying. We have been “not trying, but not preventing” for about 6 mo now. Any advice? I bought some cheapie ovulation and pregnancy tests off of amazon, but I’ve never actually tracked my ovulation before. Any info/advice would be MUCH appreciated! ❤️❤️❤️
