Sleep Help 😭😩
I am 15 weeks and am really struggling sleeping. I have the body pillow but I have never been a side sleeper. I sleep on my back and stomach, which are both no no’s.
Went I wake up at night I am on my back and then get terrified at that. In the morning I wake up super sore and the left side of my leg feels stiff and terrible.
Any advice at all? Anything I can get?? I’m not even big yet and feeling this way! 😩
