I personally don’t go swimming regardless if I’m on my period. Even though I could wear a tampon I still don’t.
With that being said, not wearing anything at all is really unsanitary and kind of gross.

yes you can. i dont see why not.  you dont bleed. i knew this before i looked it up, but seen people being rude and talking about your blood being in the water.  so i used google to varify. thats completly fine.  sorry for the negativity that you received love!
