Cramping only at night
So my cramping is getting more stronger but only in the evenings when I lie down, it’s generally on the right side but I had my left tube removed a while ago due to ectopic...I get some twinges in the day but when I lie down it’s like period pains I’m 5 weeks 1 day, scared it’s ectopic but hospital won’t scan me till 6 weeks at earliest :-(
