What are my chances?

I'm only 5-6DPO but my BBT keeps going up. Yesterday it spiked .14 and today it spiked more up to .5 what are my chances I'll be pregnant this time? I know I for sure ovulated on the 18th. My boobs have been pretty sore and sensitive the last 2 days and I'm obviously too early to test lol. Also what is the earliest you guys have gotten a positive on Pregmate brand pregnancy tests??
