So this is my third pregnancy and I have never experienced this issue before hand, I have been extremely dizzy and lightheaded no matter what I do. I can be working or laying around the house. I recently had my iron checked (a few weeks ago and I am ok, but was anemic with my other two). I have spurts where I can't eat a lot then can, also I have a lot a pelvic pressure it has hurt a few times in the past 2 days but nothing too crazy alarming to where I am scared I am in labor or anything yet. What could cause the lightheadedness and dizziness I have going on? I just have never experienced it before I have a doctor appt on Thursday.
