You probably haven’t ovulated yet! This happened to me too, which is why I am preggo. I ovulated a week after my period was due. Don’t let it go to waste! Get to humping!
Also- yes opks can pick up on hcg, but it never has with mine until I was already 6 weeks pregnant.

this was mine earlier, it’s not a blazing SUPER positive like yours but the lines are equal in color. i had this literally 11 days ago on cd15.

wondering the same thing as my hcg tests are negative but took an opk because i’ve heard of the “surge before af” but i’m not due for af for 4 days to two weeks depending on what app i use. because of that positive opk glow pushes my expected period date back like a week and a half?! following. I GOT MY FINGERS CROSSED FOR YOU GIRL
