Do you take daily vitamins? (Comment)
I’ve been wanting to get into the habit of taking vitamins more often. I know they work for a lot of people but I don’t know where to start. Any recommendations/warnings on different ones to take?
I’m primarily focused on my skin/hair and digestive health but I just want to be healthy :)
