Baby Drop at 26 weeks?

Question

Lately with the Doppler my little girl is around my belly button or higher. Last night I went to listen to her and she was lower, a few inches under my belly button. 
Is this normal? 
I don’t check daily, maybe once a week or so.

If it’s your first I doubt she has dropped yet. With my first at every appointment during the end I would ask my Dr. Because I felt like he was so low but she would say no and that they typically don’t drop until close to labor so I bet it’s baby just in a different position. It’s getting tight in there and not much room left. She may have turned head down around this time.

Maybe she switched positions and is just in there a different way?
