Help!! I’m in pain and it’s getting worst.

I don’t think I’m having contractions but lower pelvic region on a scale of 1-10 hurts at 7, I’ve had lower back pain. I am having frequent braxton Hicks but when that happens no pain comes with it.

At my Thursday appt my cervix was high, no dilation and hard. So I don’t think I’m in labor. I just don’t know what’s happening. I never experienced an ounce of pain with my last, till they induced me.
