Gender reveal?

DISCLAIMER: I know gender is different than sex etc etc, but my baby’s gender is their sex until they can express otherwise.

Are any of y’all wanting to do a gender reveal? If my insurance qualifies me for that genetic test that can tell you the gender (among other things, gender is not the purpose of it) I totally want to! I should qualify because I have risk factors with having several autoimmune conditions. I can see our showers (knowing our families) getting huge and out of hand, which I don’t mind, but I think a gender reveal is the perfect way to have an intimate celebration with our nearest and dearest!

I really want to find out with everyone at the party and be totally surprised. I think my hubby just wants to know as soon as the test results get back if we can have it.
