Would you judge/date a guy that has 3 babies on the way, (1 + twins with second mom) both pregnant due in 3 months apart... he's with the first mom, but the second mom he was more like a sperm donor and didn't think she wanted a relationship because it was a hook up/one night stand type of encounter. Does this seem like a turn off or would you still give a chance?

Seems like an irresponsible dude. I'd be worried that you're gonna get pregnant with his baby and then you have to deal with at least two other baby mamas in your lives forever. I say, why sign up for a complicated situation when someone else would have none of that.
