I’m in so much pain.. and this happens every couple of weeks.. we’ll more when it wants too. It swells on my right side where my pain is and stays like that until it passes.. doctors don’t know what causes it.. I’m terrified of going to a dr due to being dismissed and misdiagnosed with something belittling.

It’s know effecting my mental health and effecting my work and my studies..

I do all natural remedies to help the pain like heat pack, hot bath, magisum etc.
