high progesterone low bbt..?

ok so riddle me This? my progesterone is 63 as of yesterday afternoon.  this morning I get a massive temp drop. it makes no sense. I should be nice and warm 🤔 help??

Occasionally there is an estrogen surge between days 6 and 9 of your luteal phase- if it goes back up tomorrow my guess is that's what it is. Sometimes it's referred to as an "implantation dip" because it slightly is more likely on a pregnancy chart, but does happen on non-pregnant charts as well (I've had 3 dips like this in the last 2 years).

Sorry I know this post is old, but I just discovered this issue with high numbers & low temps myself...it was due to biotin artificially giving me great lab results

Did you by chance take any biotin or biotin containing supplements before having your blood drawn?  It can artificially raise your progesterone lab numbers.  It’s becoming a huge problem with so many supplements now containing biotin/b7
