Opinions needed!

Yesterday I did the top 3 tests with First Response and all came back as positive. The 4th test at the bottom was 2 days ago and a negative.

Today I did a Clear Blue and it's a very faint plus but I can't be sure.

Has anyone had obvious positives with one brand but not all tests come back as obvious? I also did a clear blue "How many weeks" which came back not pregnant, yet 2 hours later did the First Response that came back as a "Yes". I am booked in for an appointment today with my doctor to get bloods done but because I live remotely, it takes 5 days for results to come back! Obviously the wait is killing me already due to this being a very unplanned event (being told I was infertile 10 years ago, being on the pill, missing a couple of days this month while moving in with my partner and by accident and thinking that this would never happen to me!) Anyway! Thank you for any feedback!
