Lactose intolerance

So my baby is lactose intolerant. Not allergic to cows milk but he can't have lactose. So of course no breast milk. I live with another couple at the moment and the husband has brought up breastfeeding a couple of times. Like he'll say "I guess it good you don't bf then" in a way that sounds alot like shaming. Finally my husband said well we tried but he's lactose intolerant. They guy knew this already. He was like " I didn't know there was lactose in breast milk" in a sarcastic way. His wife was like well duh! Let me tell you he felt so stupid and hasn't brought it up since. Alot of the time shaming comes from ignorance like this. I just got so much satisfaction from this and had to share lol
