Ovulation after Miscarriage

I had a miscarriage 6 days ago. I had a natural miscarriage and quit bleeding about 3 days after. 2 days after the miscarriage, my HCG had already dropped to 54. (I was 6 weeks and the fetus had a strong heartbeat just 24 hours before & we don't know what happened)

I'm having symptoms of ovulation. Is that even possible? The miscarriage was my first pregnancy (actually for the both of us). We were very bummed. I'm just wondering if this really could be ovulation?
